Contributing to supporting the community is one of the social responsibility activities of Cambodia Re. As a founding member, Cambodia Re always continues to donate funds to the “Kantha Bopha Foundation of Cambodia” to support the operation of “Kantha Bopha Hospital”, a hospital that provides free treatment to millions of children in Cambodia. In fact, on the 20th anniversary of the Cambodia Re event on December 5, 2022, Cambodia Re continued to donate 100 million Riels to the Kantha Bopha Foundation of Cambodia. At the same time, the management and employees of Cambodia Re also donate their own money to the fund.

As a testament to this charitable activity, the Kantha Bopha Foundation of Cambodia awarded a certificate of appreciation to the Cambodian Reinsurance Company “Cambodia Re” for their significant and continuous contribution to the Kantha Bopha Foundation of Cambodia in jointly sustaining the operation of Kantha Bopha Hospital during the opening ceremony of “Social Protection Week 2023” on February 13, 2023, at Sokha Residence Sokha Hotel, Phnom Penh.

We deeply thank His Excellency Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Kantha Bopha Foundation of Cambodia for honoring and commending to Cambodia Re for this meaningful social activity.
